PUBLIC OFFER (USER AGREEMENT)
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. This Agreement is a public offer of the SPECLED online store (hereinafter — the Seller) and defines the procedure for the sale of goods to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter — the Buyer) through the website www.specled-store.com. 1.2. The moment of full acceptance of the terms of this offer (acceptance) is considered the moment of payment of the order by the Buyer or confirmation of the order on the Website.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Agreement.
3. ORDERING PROCEDURE 3.1. The Buyer independently places an order on the website through the "Shopping Cart" or through the quick purchase form. 3.2. The order processing time is up to 3 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT 4.1. Prices for goods in Ukraine are indicated in Hryvnia (UAH). For international orders, the price may be displayed in USD/EUR; however, the actual charge is made according to the exchange rate of the Buyer's issuing bank at the time of the transaction. 4.2. The Seller has the right to change the price of the goods unilaterally until the moment of payment of the order by the Buyer. 4.3. Payment is made by bank cards through secure payment gateways.
5. DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS DUTIES 5.1. Within Ukraine: Delivery is carried out by logistics companies (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta). The shipping cost is paid by the Buyer, unless otherwise provided by promotions. 5.2. International Delivery: Carried out by international courier services. Delivery times depend on the region (from 7 to 30 business days). 5.3. IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: All import duties, taxes, and customs fees of the destination country are not included in the price of the goods and shipping. These costs are borne by the Buyer in accordance with the legislation of their country.
6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS 6.1. According to the legislation of Ukraine, the Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days, provided they have not been used and their merchantable appearance is preserved. 6.2. The costs of return shipping (except in cases of manufacturing defects) are borne by the Buyer.
7. FORCE MAJEURE 7.1. The parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations if it is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the parties: military actions, terrorist acts, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or large-scale power outages (blackouts). 7.2. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistical failures at the border or changes in the operation of international carriers under martial law in Ukraine.
8. PERSONAL DATA 8.1. The Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" posted on the Website, for order fulfillment and marketing communications.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 9.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Ukraine in accordance with current legislation.
